To expedite contracting actions during the 2020 pandemic Decennial Census, ERIMAX bridged the gap between programs seeking to acquire goods and services and the centralized Acquisition Directorate overseeing a portfolio of $1B+ of contracts. We served as a force multiplier to accelerate contract awards by refining procurement proceedings and improving the quality of supporting documentation. By proactively consulting and guiding program offices in proper acquisition responsibilities, we minimized the corrections the Acquisition Directorate had to undertake, and thus accelerated the entire procurement timeline.
